The Construction Industries Board shall issue a license as\n\njourneyman electrician or electrical contractor to any person who:\n\n1. Has been certified by the Committee of Electrical Examiners\n\nas either having successfully passed the appropriate examination or\n\nhaving a valid license issued by another governmental entity with\n\nlicensing requirements similar to those provided in the Electrical\n\nLicense Act;\n\n2. Has paid the license fee and otherwise complied with the\n\nprovisions of the Electrical License Act; and\n\n3. Has, when required by the Board, provided such documents,\n\nstatements or other information as may be necessary to submit to a\n\nnational criminal history record check as defined by Section 150.9\n\nof Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
