It shall be a ground for removal from the Committee if a\n\nmember:\n\n1. does not have at the time of appointment the qualifications\n\nrequired for appointment to the Committee;\n\n2. does not maintain during service on the Committee the\n\nqualifications required for appointment to the Committee; or\n\n3. violates any provision of the Licensed Dietitian Act.\n\nB.
