To qualify for a license, an applicant shall pass a\n\ncompetency examination. Examinations shall be prepared or approved\n\nby the Board and administered to qualified applicants at least once\n\neach calendar year.\n\nB. An examination prescribed by the Board may be or may include\n\nan examination given by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of\n\nthe American Dietetic Association or by a national or state testing\n\nservice in lieu of examination prepared by the Board.\n\nC. If requested in writing by a person who fails the licensing\n\nexamination, the Board shall furnish the person with an analysis of\n\nthe person's performance on the examination.\n\nD.
