A license to use the title of provisional licensed dietitian\n\nmay be issued by the Board on the filing of an application, payment\n\nof an application fee, and the submission of evidence of the\n\nsuccessful completion of the educational requirement pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 10 of the Licensed Dietitian Act. The initial\n\napplication shall be signed by the supervising licensed dietitian.\n\nB. A provisional licensed dietitian shall be subject to the\n\npersonal and direct supervision of a licensed dietitian.\n\nC. A person qualified for a provisional license is entitled to\n\nreceive a license certificate as a provisional licensed dietitian. A\n\nprovisional licensed dietitian shall comply with the provisions of\n\nsubsections B and C of Section 12 of the Licensed Dietitian Act.\n\nD.
