Any person who holds himself or herself out as a licensed\n\ndietician, or any licensed dietician who violates any provision of\n\nthe Licensed Dietician Act shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty\n\nDollars ($50.00) and not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).\n\nEach day a violation of the provisions of the Licensed Dietician Act\n\noccurs shall be deemed to be a separate offense.\n\nB. In addition to any fine or penalty that may be imposed\n\nagainst any licensed dietitian who has been determined by the State\n\nBoard of Medical Licensure and Supervision to have violated any\n\nprovision of the Licensed Dietician Act or any rule or any order\n\nissued pursuant to the provisions of the Licensed Dietician Act or\n\nany person who holds himself or herself out as a licensed dietitian,\n\nsuch person may be liable for the costs incurred by the Board to\n\nimplement disciplinary actions or prosecute the case. This includes\n\nbut is not limited to investigator fees, stenographer fees, attorney\n\nfees and hearing costs.\n\nC.
