Unless otherwise prescribed by law, any person convicted of\n\nviolating any provision of the Oklahoma Security Guard and Private\n\nInvestigator Act or a rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act shall be guilty\n\nof a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than sixty\n\n(60) days, or by a fine of not more than Two Thousand Dollars\n\n($2,000.00), or by both such imprisonment and fine.\n\nB. Any person who willfully makes a false statement, knowing\n\nsuch statement is false, in any application to the Council on Law\n\nEnforcement Education and Training for a license pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act, or who\n\notherwise commits a fraud in connection with such application, shall\n\nbe guilty of a Class D1 felony offense punishable by a term of\n\nimprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section\n\n20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by a fine of not more\n\nthan Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), or by both such imprisonment\n\nand fine.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f9a94808a374fd1cac0fe3d770566ac73b14ec7fb61cf0961cf81a924a582ff4","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1750.10b","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-1750.14"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
