Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1800.14","heading":"Alarm, Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler Industry Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Labor, to be designated the \"Alarm, Locksmith\n\nand Fire Sprinkler Industry Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Alarm, Locksmith and Fire\n\nSprinkler Industry Committee or the Department of Labor pursuant to\n\nthe Alarm, Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler Industry Act. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Commissioner of Labor for the\n\npurpose of administration, implementing, and enforcement of the\n\nAlarm, Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler Industry Act including, but not\n\nlimited to, office administration and personnel expense, licensing\n\nand training, reimbursements in accordance with the State Travel\n\nReimbursement Act, and other necessary expenses relating to the\n\nAlarm, Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler Industry Act. The Commissioner\n\nshall not expend or transfer any monies from this fund for any\n\npurpose not relating to the Alarm, Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler\n\nIndustry Act.
