Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1820.15","heading":"Conduct of business activities","body":"The licensee shall be responsible to the Fire Extinguisher\n\nIndustry Committee in matters of conduct of business activities\n\ncovered by the Fire Extinguisher Licensing Act. The licensee shall\n\nbe responsible for the activities on the part of the employees of\n\nthe licensee.
