Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1820.17","heading":"Fire Extinguisher Industry Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the State Fire Marshal, to be designated the \"Fire\n\nExtinguisher Industry Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Office of the State Fire\n\nMarshal pursuant to the Fire Extinguisher Licensing Act.
