Any individual or person who is found to be in violation of\n\nthe provisions of the Fire Extinguisher Licensing Act or any rules\n\nadopted by the State Fire Marshal Commission in the administration\n\nof the Fire Extinguisher Licensing Act shall, upon conviction, be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county\n\njail for a period of not more than one (1) year, or by the\n\nimposition of a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($500.00), or by both such imprisonment and fine.\n\nB. 1. In addition to any other penalties provided by law, if\n\nafter a hearing in accordance with Article II of the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act, the State Fire Marshal finds any person to be in\n\nviolation of any of the provisions of the Fire Extinguisher\n\nLicensing Act or the rules promulgated pursuant thereto, the person\n\nmay be subject to an administrative fine of not more than Two\n\nHundred Dollars ($200.00) for each violation. Each day a person is\n\nin violation may constitute a separate violation.\n\n2.
