Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1820.8","heading":"License required - Time limit for applications for","body":"persons currently engaged in business.\n\nNo person shall engage in a fire extinguisher industry business\n\nin this state without first having obtained a license pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of the Fire Extinguisher Licensing Act. Provided,\n\nevery person engaged in a fire extinguisher industry business in\n\nthis state on the effective date of the Fire Extinguisher Licensing\n\nAct shall have ninety (90) days in which to apply to the State Fire\n\nMarshal for a license.
