Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1820.9","heading":"Marketing, distribution or sale of portable fire","body":"extinguisher or fire suppression systems - Requirements -\n\nExceptions.\n\nA. No person shall market, distribute, or sell any portable\n\nfire extinguisher or fire suppression system in this state unless\n\nthe following requirements are met:\n\n1. The portable fire extinguisher or fire suppression system\n\ncomplies with standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal\n\nCommission; and\n\n2. The portable fire extinguisher or fire suppression system\n\nhas been examined by and bears the label of a nationally recognized\n\ntesting laboratory approved by the State Fire Marshal Commission as\n\nqualified to test portable fire extinguishers and fire suppression\n\nsystems.\n\nB. The State Fire Marshal Commission may grant reasonable\n\nexceptions to the provisions of this section when the portable fire\n\nextinguisher or fire suppression system is intended for industrial\n\nuse in places to which the public is not invited or admitted.
