Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1850.13","heading":"Oklahoma Mechanical Licensing Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Construction Industries Board, to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Mechanical Licensing Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Board pursuant to the\n\nMechanical Licensing Act, including administrative fines authorized\n\nby Section 1850.11 of this title. All monies accruing to the credit\n\nof said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Construction Industries Board for the purpose of\n\nimplementing the Mechanical Licensing Act, and the fully adjudicated\n\nfine revenue received into this fund may be transferred to the\n\nSkilled Trade Education and Workforce Development Fund created in\n\nsubsection E of Section 1 of this act.
