The Construction Industries Board, upon proper application\n\nand payment of an apprentice registration fee, shall register as a\n\nmechanical apprentice and issue a certificate of such registration\n\nto any person who furnishes satisfactory proof to the Board that the\n\napplicant is:\n\n1. Sixteen (16) years of age or older; and\n\n2. Enrolled in a school or training course for mechanical\n\napprentices recognized by the Board or has arranged for employment\n\nas a mechanical apprentice with a licensed mechanical contractor.\n\nB.
