Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1874","heading":"Chair, vice-chair, and officers - Oklahoma Board of","body":"Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors – Meetings.\n\nA. The Oklahoma Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors\n\nshall annually elect from among its members a chair, a vice-chair\n\nand such other officers as it deems appropriate and necessary to\n\nconduct its business. The chair shall preside at all meetings of\n\nthe Board. Each additional officer elected by the Board shall\n\nperform those duties customarily associated with the position and\n\nsuch other duties assigned by the Board. Officers elected by the\n\nBoard shall serve for one (1) year and shall serve no more than\n\nthree (3) consecutive years in any office to which the Board member\n\nis elected.\n\nB. 1. The Board shall meet at least once every three (3)\n\nmonths to transact its business and may meet at such additional\n\ntimes as the Board may determine.\n\n2. The Board shall meet in accordance with the provisions of\n\nthe Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.\n\n3. A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a\n\nquorum for the conduct of business.
