On and after January 1, 2005, before any person is\n\neligible to receive a license to practice as a certified or licensed\n\nalcohol and drug counselor in this state, such person shall\n\nsuccessfully pass an examination pursuant to the provisions of this\n\nsection.\n\n2. Examinations shall be held at such times, at such place and\n\nin such manner as the Oklahoma Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug\n\nCounselors directs. An examination shall be held at least annually.\n\nThe Board shall determine the acceptable grade on examinations. The\n\nexamination shall cover such technical, professional and practical\n\nsubjects as relate to the practice of alcohol and drug counseling.\n\n3. If an applicant fails to pass the examination, the applicant\n\nmay reapply.\n\nB.
