Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1879","heading":"Disclosure of information received as alcohol and drug","body":"counselor.\n\nNo person certified or licensed pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthe Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors Act shall knowingly and\n\nwillfully disclose any information that the holder of the\n\ncertificate or license may have acquired from persons consulting the\n\nlicensee in his or her professional capacity as an alcohol and drug\n\ncounselor or be compelled to disclose such information except as\n\nprovided by rules promulgated by the Oklahoma Board of Licensed\n\nAlcohol and Drug Counselors.
