Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1883","heading":"Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors, to\n\nbe designated the \"Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received pursuant\n\nto the Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors Act. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Board to meet expenses necessary for\n\ncarrying out the purposes of this act.
