Examinations shall be held at such times, at such place\n\nand in such manner as the State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure\n\ndirects. An examination shall be held at least annually. The Board\n\nshall determine the acceptable grade on examinations. The\n\nexamination shall cover such technical, professional and practical\n\nsubjects as relate to the practice of professional counseling.\n\n2. If an applicant fails to pass the examinations, the\n\napplicant may reapply.\n\nB.
