Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1925.17","heading":"Licensed Marital and Family Therapist Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure, to be designated\n\nthe \"Licensed Marital and Family Therapist Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of the Marital and Family Therapist Licensure Act.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Executive\n\nDirector to meet expenses necessary for carrying out the purpose of\n\nthe Marital and Family Therapist Licensure Act.
