The licensing fee and the annual renewal fee shall be\n\namounts fixed by the State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure.\n\nB. 1. The Board shall fix the amount of the fees so that the\n\ntotal fees collected will be sufficient to meet the expenses of\n\nadministering the provisions of the Marital and Family Therapist\n\nLicensure Act and so that there are no unnecessary surpluses in the\n\nLicensed Marital and Family Therapist Revolving Fund.\n\n2. The Board shall not fix a license fee at an amount in excess\n\nof Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) and a renewal fee at an amount in\n\nexcess of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).\n\n3. The fee for the issuance of a license to replace a license\n\nwhich was lost, destroyed or mutilated shall be Twenty-five Dollars\n\n($25.00).\n\n4. The fee shall accompany the application for a replacement\n\nlicense.\n\n5.
