Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1946","heading":"Licensed Behavioral Practitioners Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure, to be designated\n\nthe \"Licensed Behavioral Practitioners Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received pursuant to this act. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Executive Director to meet\n\nexpenses necessary for carrying out the purpose of the Licensed\n\nBehavioral Practitioner Act.
