Licensing fees and annual renewal fees shall be amounts\n\nfixed by the State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure. The Board\n\nshall fix the amount of the fees so that the total fees collected\n\nwill be sufficient to meet the expenses of administering the\n\nprovisions of the Licensed Behavioral Practitioner Act and so that\n\nexcess funds do not accumulate from year to year in the Licensed\n\nBehavioral Practitioners Revolving Fund.\n\nB. 1. The Board shall not fix a license fee at an amount in\n\nexcess of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) and a renewal fee at an\n\namount in excess of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).\n\n2. The fee for the issuance of a license to replace a license\n\nwhich was lost, destroyed, or mutilated shall be Twenty-five Dollars\n\n($25.00).\n\n3. The fee shall accompany the application for a replacement\n\nlicense.\n\n4. The fee for specialty designation shall not exceed One\n\nHundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00).\n\n5.
