Until January 1, 2002, the State Board of Behavioral Health\n\nLicensure, upon receipt of an applicant's proper application,\n\ncompletion of examination, and payment of fees, shall issue licenses\n\nto persons who, prior to January 1, 2002:\n\n1. Have practiced full time as a behavioral practitioner for at\n\nleast two (2) years and possess a master's degree from a program in\n\npsychology from a college or university accredited by an agency\n\nrecognized by the United States Department of Education;\n\n2. Are currently practicing as a behavioral practitioner;\n\n3. Have satisfactorily completed ten (10) hours of continuing\n\neducation pursuant to Section 1948 of this title; and\n\n4. Otherwise comply with the licensure requirements of the\n\nLicensed Behavioral Practitioner Act.\n\nB. The Board shall consider experience of the applicant prior\n\nto application for licensure pursuant to the provisions of this\n\nsection as a waiver of all or part of the supervised experience\n\nrequirement required by paragraph 3 of subsection C of Section 1935\n\nof this title.\n\nC.
