Lessors shall pay an initial investigation and license fee\n\nand an annual license renewal fee per place of business, which fees\n\nshall accompany the license renewal form. Lessors shall also pay a\n\nfee for any returned check, address or license change, or duplicate\n\nlicense request. There shall be a late fee for a late application\n\nfor renewal of a license received after December 1 of each year.\n\nThis late fee shall consist of a charge of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per\n\nday, for up to thirty (30) days.\n\nB. Lessors shall pay a rental-purchase agreement reviewal fee\n\nas prescribed by rule of the Commission on Consumer Credit for any\n\nrental-purchase agreement submitted to the Administrator of Consumer\n\nCredit for review and approval.
