Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1957","heading":"Application of act - Violations - Penalties","body":"The Oklahoma Rental-Purchase Act applies to persons, who in this\n\nstate make or solicit rental-purchase agreements, or who directly\n\ncollect payments from or enforce rights against debtors arising from\n\nthe rental-purchase agreement, wherever they are made; or who engage\n\nin rental-purchase transactions subject to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Rental-Purchase Act.
