All licenses issued under the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nCosmetology and Barbering Act shall be issued for a period of one\n\n(1) year. The expiration date of the license shall be the last day\n\nof the month in which the applicant’s birthday falls. The public\n\ndisplay of a licensee’s personal residential address on the face of\n\nany license issued pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nCosmetology and Barbering Act shall be prohibited on and after July\n\n1, 2016, and such personal address information, if publicly\n\ndisplayed on a valid license, may be redacted by the licensee until\n\nthe license is renewed and no longer bears his or her personal\n\nresidential address.\n\nB. Applications for renewal must be made on or before the last\n\nday of the month in which the applicant’s birthday falls, and shall\n\nbe accompanied by the appropriate fees.\n\nC. Any person who fails to renew the license within the\n\nrequired time may make application for renewal at any time within\n\nfive (5) years from the expiration date of the license by paying the\n\nregular renewal license fee and a late fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00),\n\nwhich becomes due two (2) months after the expiration date.\n\nD. Any person who fails to renew within the required time may\n\nmake application with subsequent renewal and penalty fees.\n\nE. Before a person may take an examination to renew an expired\n\nlicense after a period of five (5) years, such person shall register\n\nin a cosmetology or barber school for the given number of review\n\nhours in accordance with the following timetable and schedule based\n\nupon the type of license held.\n\nExpired Five Review\n\nLicense Type Years or More Hours Required\n\nBasic Cosmetologist 250 hours\n\nBarber 250 hours\n\nMaster Cosmetology\n\nInstructor 100 hours\n\nMaster Barber\n\nInstructor 100 hours\n\nFacial/Esthetics\n\nInstructor 100 hours\n\nManicurist/Nail\n\nTechnician\n\nInstructor 100 hours\n\nManicurist 100 hours\n\nFacial Operator 100 hours\n\nF.
