A person shall obtain an eyelash extension specialist\n\ncertificate from the State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering to\n\nperform eyelash extension application services.\n\nB. A person may obtain an eyelash extension specialist\n\ncertificate upon demonstrating completion of a minimum of one\n\nhundred twenty (120) hours of training with a certified eyelash\n\nextension instructor.\n\nC. A person may obtain an eyelash extension instructor\n\ncertificate upon demonstrating completion of requirements of\n\nsubsection B of this section and has demonstrated no less than sixty\n\n(60) hours of eyelash extension application services.\n\nD. The Board shall not require a person to pass an examination\n\nto obtain an eyelash extension specialist certificate or an eyelash\n\nextension instructor certificate.\n\nE. An eyelash extension specialist certificate shall be renewed\n\nannually with the Board as set forth in this act.\n\nF.
