The State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering shall create\n\npositions and fix the salaries of officials and employees necessary\n\nto carry out the purposes of the Oklahoma Cosmetology and Barbering\n\nAct and the administration thereof.\n\nB. The employees shall include not less than five nor more than\n\nnine cosmetology and barbering inspectors.
