Stat. tit. 59, § 59-2030","heading":"Duties of State Board of Medical Licensure and","body":"Supervision.\n\nThe State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision shall:\n\n1. Examine, license and renew the licenses of duly qualified\n\napplicants;\n\n2. Maintain an up-to-date list of every person licensed to\n\npractice respiratory care pursuant to the Respiratory Care Practice\n\nAct. The list shall show the licensee’s last-known place of\n\nemployment, last-known place of residence, and the date and number\n\nof the license;\n\n3. Cause the prosecution of all persons violating the\n\nRespiratory Care Practice Act and incur necessary expenses therefor;\n\n4. Keep a record of all proceedings of the Board and make such\n\nrecord available to the public for inspection during reasonable\n\nbusiness hours;\n\n5. Conduct hearings upon charges calling for discipline of a\n\nlicensee, or denial, revocation or suspension of a license; and\n\n6. Share information on a case-by-case basis of any person\n\nwhose license has been suspended, revoked or denied. This\n\ninformation shall include the name, type and cause of action, date\n\nand penalty incurred, and the length of penalty.
