Nothing contained in the Respiratory Care Practice Act shall\n\npreclude a respiratory care practitioner, a respiratory therapist,\n\nor a respiratory therapy technician exempt from being licensed under\n\nthe Respiratory Care Practice Act or a provisional license holder\n\nfrom using or displaying earned professional designations or\n\ncredentials including, but not limited to, CRTT, RRT, CPFT and RPFT.\n\nHowever, a respiratory care practitioner may use and display the\n\ndesignation Respiratory Care Practitioner or RCP in conjunction with\n\nthe use or display of any such other earned professional designation\n\nor credentials.\n\nB.
