Within thirty (30) days after the members of the State Board\n\nof Examiners of Perfusionists are appointed, the Board shall meet to\n\nelect a chair and vice-chair who shall hold office according to the\n\nrules adopted by the Board.\n\nB. The Board shall hold at least two regular meetings each year\n\nas provided by the rules and procedures adopted by the Board.\n\nC. A majority of the members of the Board, including the chair\n\nand vice-chair shall constitute a quorum at any meeting, and a\n\nmajority of the required quorum shall be sufficient for the Board to\n\ntake action by vote.\n\nD.
