The State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists may employ\n\nsuch personnel and acquire such facilities, equipment, and supplies\n\nas are necessary to assist the Board in the administration and\n\nimplementation of the provisions of the Oklahoma Licensed\n\nPerfusionists Act.\n\nB. The Board shall designate a member of the Board to serve as\n\nthe Executive Secretary of the Board. The Executive Secretary shall\n\nbe the administrator of the licensure activities of the Board.\n\nC. In addition to other duties prescribed by the Oklahoma\n\nLicensed Perfusionists Act and by the Board, the Executive Secretary\n\nshall:\n\n1. Keep full and accurate minutes of the transactions and\n\nproceedings of the Board;\n\n2. Be the custodian of the files and records of the Board;\n\n3. Prepare and recommend to the Board plans and procedures\n\nnecessary to implement the purposes and objectives of the Oklahoma\n\nLicensed Perfusionists Act, including rules and proposals on\n\nadministrative procedures consistent with the Oklahoma Licensed\n\nPerfusionists Act;\n\n4. Exercise general supervision over persons employed by the\n\nBoard in the administration of the Oklahoma Licensed Perfusionists\n\nAct;\n\n5. Be responsible for the investigation of complaints and for\n\nthe presentation of formal complaints;\n\n6. Attend all meetings of the Board as a nonvoting participant;\n\nand\n\n7.
