Stat. tit. 59, § 59-2058","heading":"Perfusionists Licensure Fund","body":"\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists to be designated\n\nthe \"Perfusionists Licensure Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nfees received by the Board and any other monies collected pursuant\n\nto the Oklahoma Licensed Perfusionists Act. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Board for any purpose which is reasonably\n\nnecessary to carry out the provisions of the Oklahoma Licensed\n\nPerfusionists Act.
