Upon the receipt of an application and application fee, the\n\nState Board of Examiners of Perfusionists shall waive the\n\nexamination requirement and issue a license to practice perfusion by\n\nendorsement to an applicant who:\n\n1. Is currently permitted, licensed or certified by another\n\nstate, territory, or possession of the United States if the\n\nrequirements of that state, territory, or possession for the permit,\n\nlicense or certificate are deemed by the Board to be equivalent to\n\nthose required in this state by the Oklahoma Licensed Perfusionists\n\nAct; or\n\n2. Holds a license as a Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP)\n\nby the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion prior to January\n\n1, 1997, provided such license has not been not renewed, suspended\n\nor revoked; or\n\n3. Has been practicing perfusion in a full-time capacity for a\n\nperiod of more than twenty-four (24) months prior to January 1,\n\n1997; and\n\n4. Meets and complies with all other requirements specified by\n\nthe Oklahoma Licensed Perfusionists Act or rules promulgated\n\nthereto.\n\nB.
