A person holding a license to practice perfusion in this\n\nstate may use the title \"licensed perfusionist\" and the abbreviation\n\n\"L.P.\".\n\nB. A license holder must:\n\n1. Display the license in an appropriate and public manner; or\n\n2. Maintain on file at all times during which the license\n\nprovides services in a health care facility a true and correct copy\n\nof the license in the appropriate records of the facility; and\n\n3. Keep the State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists informed\n\nof any change of address.\n\nC.
