Stat. tit. 59, § 59-2066","heading":"Exempt persons","body":"The provisions of the Oklahoma Licensed Perfusionists Act shall\n\nnot apply to:\n\n1. A person licensed by another health professional licensing\n\nboard if:\n\na. the person does not represent to the public, directly\n\nor indirectly, that the person is licensed pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of the Oklahoma Licensed Perfusionists\n\nAct, and does not use any name, title, or designation\n\nindicating that the person is licensed pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Licensed Perfusionists Act, and\n\nb. the person confines the person's acts or practice to\n\nthe scope of practice authorized by the other health\n\nprofessional licensing laws;\n\n2. A student enrolled in an accredited perfusion education\n\nprogram if perfusion services performed by the student:\n\na. are an integral part of the student's course of study,\n\nand\n\nb. are performed under the direct supervision of a\n\nlicensed perfusionist assigned to supervise the\n\nstudent and who is on duty and immediately available\n\nin the assigned patient care area;\n\n3. The practice of any legally qualified perfusionist employed\n\nby the United States government which is in the discharge of\n\nofficial duties; or\n\n4.
