Stat. tit. 59, § 59-2067","heading":"Disciplinary proceedings - Penalties","body":"The State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists may assess\n\nadministrative penalties, revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew any\n\nlicense, place on probation, or otherwise reprimand a license holder\n\nor deny a license to an applicant if it finds that the person:\n\n1. Is guilty of fraud or deceit in procuring or attempting to\n\nprocure a license or renewal of a license to practice perfusion;\n\n2. Is unfit or incompetent by reason of negligence, habits, or\n\nother causes of incompetence;\n\n3. Is habitually intemperate in the use of alcoholic beverages;\n\n4. Is addicted to, or has improperly obtained, possessed, used,\n\nor distributed habit-forming drugs or narcotics;\n\n5. Is guilty of dishonest or unethical conduct;\n\n6. Has practiced perfusion after the license has expired or has\n\nbeen suspended, revoked or not renewed;\n\n7. Has practiced perfusion under cover of any permit, license,\n\nor certificate illegally or fraudulently obtained or issued;\n\n8. Has violated or aided or abetted others in violation of any\n\nprovision of the Oklahoma Licensed Perfusionists Act;\n\n9. Has been guilty of unprofessional conduct as defined by the\n\nrules established by the Board, or of violating the code of ethics\n\nadopted and published by the Board;\n\n10. Is guilty of the unauthorized practice of medicine; or\n\n11.
