Upon the filing of a written complaint with the State Board\n\nof Examiners of Perfusionists charging a person with any of the acts\n\ndescribed in Section 17 of this act, an authorized employee of the\n\nBoard may make an investigation. If the Board finds reasonable\n\ngrounds for the complaint, a time and place for a hearing shall be\n\nset, notice of which shall be served on the license holder, or\n\napplicant at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior thereto. The\n\nnotice shall be by personal service or by certified or registered\n\nmail sent to the last-known address of the person.\n\nB. Hearing procedures shall be conducted in accordance with,\n\nand a person who feels aggrieved by a decision of the Board may make\n\nan appeal pursuant to, Article II of the Administrative Procedures\n\nAct.\n\nC. Any person who has been determined to be in violation of the\n\nOklahoma Licensed Perfusionists Act or any rule promulgated thereto,\n\nin addition to any administrative penalty assessed by the Board\n\npursuant to Section 20 of this act, shall pay for all costs incurred\n\nby the Board.\n\nD. The Board shall make public on a case-by-case basis the\n\nnames and addresses of persons whose licenses have been denied,\n\nsurrendered, revoked, suspended, or who have been denied renewal of\n\ntheir licenses, placed on probation or otherwise reprimanded, and\n\npersons who have been practicing perfusion in violation of the\n\nOklahoma Licensed Perfusionists Act.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3251ae36ee3c1b643b43b786aba9423e5b03645ca3375a6fbdc912b933a54b82","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-2067","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-2069"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
