The minimum standards for license renewal for mortgage\n\nbrokers shall include the following:\n\n1. The mortgage broker continues to meet the minimum standards\n\nfor license issuance under Section 2095.11 of this title; and\n\n2. The mortgage broker has paid all required fees for renewal\n\nof the license.\n\nB. The license of a mortgage broker failing to satisfy the\n\nminimum standards for license renewal shall expire.
