The minimum standards for license renewal for mortgage\n\nlenders shall include the following:\n\n1. The mortgage lender continues to meet the minimum standards\n\nfor license issuance under the Oklahoma Secure and Fair Enforcement\n\nfor Mortgage Licensing Act; and\n\n2. The mortgage lender has paid all required fees for renewal\n\nof the license.\n\nB. The license of a mortgage lender failing to satisfy the\n\nminimum standards for license renewal shall expire.
