In addition to any other penalties provided by law, any\n\nentity or individual without a license as required by the Oklahoma\n\nSecure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act who engages\n\nin the business of a mortgage broker, mortgage lender or mortgage\n\nloan originator or who willingly and knowingly violates any\n\nprovision of the Oklahoma Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage\n\nLicensing Act, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor\n\nwhich shall be punishable by a fine of not more than One Thousand\n\nDollars ($1,000.00) for each violation. Each violation shall be a\n\nseparate offense under this section.\n\nB. In addition to any civil or criminal actions authorized by\n\nlaw, the Administrator of Consumer Credit, the Attorney General, or\n\nthe district attorney may apply to the district court in the county\n\nin which a violation of the Oklahoma Secure and Fair Enforcement for\n\nMortgage Licensing Act has allegedly occurred for an order enjoining\n\nor restraining the entity or individual from continuing the acts\n\nspecified in the complaint.
