Stat. tit. 59, § 59-2095.22","heading":"Supervisory information sharing","body":"In order to promote more effective regulation and reduce\n\nregulatory burden through supervisory information sharing:\n\n1. Except as otherwise provided in 12 U.S.C., Section 5111, the\n\nrequirements under federal or Oklahoma law regarding the privacy or\n\nconfidentiality of any information or material provided to the\n\nNationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry and any\n\nprivilege arising under federal or state law, including the rules of\n\nany federal or state court, with respect to such information or\n\nmaterial, shall continue to apply to such information or material\n\nafter the information or material has been disclosed to the\n\nNationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry. Such\n\ninformation and material may be shared with all state and federal\n\nregulatory officials with mortgage industry oversight authority\n\nwithout the loss of privilege or the loss of confidentiality\n\nprotections provided by federal or Oklahoma law.\n\n2. For these purposes, the Administrator of Consumer Credit is\n\nauthorized to enter into agreements or sharing arrangements with\n\nother governmental agencies, the Conference of State Bank\n\nSupervisors, the American Association of Residential Mortgage\n\nRegulators or other associations representing governmental agencies.\n\n3. Information or material that is subject to a privilege or\n\nconfidentiality under paragraph 1 of this section shall not be\n\nsubject to:\n\na. disclosure under any federal or state law governing\n\nthe disclosure to the public of information held by an\n\nofficer or an agency of the federal government or the\n\nrespective state, or\n\nb. subpoena or discovery, or admission into evidence, in\n\nany private civil action or administrative process,\n\nunless with respect to any privilege held by the\n\nNationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry\n\nwith respect to such information or material, the\n\nentity or individual to whom such information or\n\nmaterial pertains waives, in whole or in part, in the\n\ndiscretion of such entity or individual, that\n\nprivilege.\n\n4. Any provision of Oklahoma law relating to the disclosure of\n\nconfidential supervisory information or any information or material\n\ndescribed in paragraph 1 of this section that is inconsistent with\n\nparagraph 1 of this section shall be superseded by the requirements\n\nof this section.\n\n5.
