Stat. tit. 59, § 59-2095.3","heading":"Exemptions","body":"The following are exempt from all provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nSecure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act:\n\n1. Registered mortgage loan originators, when acting for an\n\nentity described in divisions (1), (2) and (3) of subparagraph a of\n\nparagraph 19 of Section 2095.2 of this title;\n\n2. An individual who offers or negotiates or modifies terms of\n\na residential mortgage loan with or on behalf of an immediate family\n\nmember of the individual;\n\n3. An individual who offers or negotiates or modifies terms of\n\na residential mortgage loan secured by a dwelling that served as the\n\nindividual’s residence;\n\n4. A licensed attorney who negotiates or modifies the terms of\n\na residential mortgage loan on behalf of a client as an ancillary\n\nmatter to the attorney’s representation of the client, unless the\n\nattorney is compensated by a lender, a mortgage broker or other\n\nmortgage loan originator or by any agent of such lender, mortgage\n\nbroker, or other mortgage loan originator;\n\n5. Entities described in divisions (1), (2) and (3) of\n\nsubparagraph a of paragraph 19 of Section 2095.2 of this title; or\n\n6.
