The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision is\n\nhereby authorized to adopt and promulgate rules, pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Administrative Procedures Act, that it deems necessary for\n\nthe implementation and enforcement of the Oklahoma Licensed\n\nPedorthists Act, including but not limited to, qualifications for\n\nlicensure, qualifications for registration, renewals,\n\nreinstatements, continuing education requirements, and fees. In\n\ndoing so the Board shall give utmost consideration to the\n\nrecommendations of the Advisory Committee on Pedorthics.\n\nB.
