A licensed pedorthist may only provide care or services\n\npursuant to an order from a licensed podiatrist, physician, or\n\nchiropractor, when addressing a medical condition, or when\n\nevaluating, planning treatment, measuring, designing, fabricating,\n\nassembling, fitting, adjusting, managing of the patient, or\n\nservicing necessary to accomplish the application of a pedorthic\n\ndevice for the prevention or amelioration of painful or disabling\n\nconditions of the foot and ankle.\n\nB. Effective January 1, 2002, any person who holds himself or\n\nherself out to be a pedorthist or uses the title pedorthist or\n\ncommon variants of that title without holding an appropriate license\n\nissued by the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, or\n\nwho, without being registered by the Board, dispenses pedorthic\n\ndevices, or who is in violation of any provision of the Oklahoma\n\nLicensed Pedorthists Act shall be subject to an administrative fine\n\nfor each day found to be in violation.
