The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision is\n\nhereby authorized to adopt and promulgate rules, pursuant to the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act, that it deems necessary for the\n\nimplementation and enforcement of the Orthotics and Prosthetics\n\nPractice Act, including but not limited to, qualifications for\n\nlicensure, qualifications for registration, renewals,\n\nreinstatements, continuing education requirements, and fees. In so\n\ndoing the Board shall give utmost consideration to the\n\nrecommendations of the Advisory Committee on Orthotics and\n\nProsthetics created by Section 5 of this act.\n\nB.
