Any person, sole proprietor, partnership, firm, joint\n\nventure, association, corporation or any other business entity\n\nwishing to engage in the business of elevator, escalator, moving\n\nwalk or platform or stairway chairlift inspections within the\n\njurisdiction of this state shall make application for a license with\n\nthe Department of Labor on a form to be provided by the Department.\n\nAn inspector shall possess those qualifications established by rule\n\nof the Department of Labor.\n\nB.
