Advertise or represent that the midwife is a physician or a\n\ngraduate of a medical school unless the midwife is licensed to\n\npractice medicine by the State Board of Medical Licensure and\n\nSupervision or the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners or can show\n\nproof of graduation from a medical school;\n\n2. Use advertising or an identification statement that is\n\nfalse, misleading or deceptive; or\n\n3. Except as authorized by rules adopted by the Oklahoma Board\n\nof Nursing, use in combination with the term \"midwife\" the term\n\n\"nurse\" or another title, initial or designation that implies that\n\nthe midwife is licensed as a Registered Nurse or vocational nurse.\n\nB. An unlicensed midwife shall not use a title in an\n\nidentification statement or advertisement that would lead a\n\nreasonable person to believe that the midwife is certified.\n\nC.
