A lender shall collect past-due accounts in a professional,\n\nfair and lawful manner, in accordance with the federal Fair Debt\n\nCollection Practices Act.\n\nB. A lender shall not threaten or pursue criminal action\n\nagainst a debtor as a result of the debtor’s instrument being\n\nreturned unpaid or the debtor’s deferred deposit loan account not\n\nbeing paid.\n\nC.
